Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment

Paypal.  Accepts major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express)

Cash Remittance.  Send your payment through different cash remittance channels like Xoom, MLluhilier, Cebuana Lluhilier and Palawan Pawnshop.  You will be given this option upon checkout.  

 

Payment Charges

Your payment card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your payment card will be refunded.

Low Order Fee

Due to the additional charges impose by our payment gateway providers, we are imposing a fee of P20.00 for orders less than P150.00 excluding shipping cost.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Turnaround

We check all orders from Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  We will process the order within 3 days and we will send you a tracking number once shipment is processed.  We will also inform you If the shipping will be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather-related issues. Unavailability of stocks may sometimes occur and we will contact you for a delay in shipping or you may opt for a refund. See backorders below.

Delivery Areas

There are several areas that the couriers can not deliver your order.  We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens and we will promptly re-imbursed your payment in full.  You may also opt for the package to be picked up at the courier's nearest office.

Pickup

We provided the convenience for you to order online but you can opt to pick it up from our location in Marinduque and Parañaque to avoid the shipping charges.  Click Here for the direction on how to go to Parañaque office.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the volumetric weight of your products, and your location. To understand volumetric weight calculation fully, Click Here 

The total weight of the shipment includes tare weight, which comprises of the weight of the shipping box and packaging materials, plus actual weight of the products, which includes the weight of the container and the content.

There's a handling fee incorporated in the shipping price.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Free Shipping

If you qualify for Free Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, or preference might affect your order's eligibility

Excludes items that do not include a statement that they are eligible for Free Shipping next to their price.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

EVAT

Shipping companies charges EVAT and we separate the Shipping EVAT from Shipping cost, Product cost and Product EVAT.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please Click Contact Us to request a refund and we will assign you a return management authorization or RMA.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package the signed RMA form.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned or exchanged if they are opened, used, or altered.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is not what you ordered, you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay the return shipping.
